Our governance framework establishes the principles, standards, and procedures that guide the life of OpenCenter Fellowship. Together, these documents explain what we believe, how we are governed, the standards expected of everyone who participates in the fellowship, and our commitment to safeguarding, accountability, responsible stewardship, and respect for every individual.

These documents are the official governance documents of OpenCenter Fellowship. The official Dutch versions are legally authoritative. Legal & Website Documents
The Constitution of OpenCenter Fellowship is the fellowship’s principal governing document and provides the constitutional foundation for all public governance documents. The Financial Management & Internal Controls Policy establishes the fellowship’s internal financial governance and control procedures.
As internal governance documents, the Constitution of OpenCenter Fellowship and the Financial Management & Internal Controls Policy are maintained for the governance and administration of the fellowship and are not ordinarily published on the website.

We are committed to reviewing our governance arrangements regularly so that they continue to reflect recognised good practice while remaining faithful to the mission, beliefs, and values of OpenCenter Fellowship.
