Preamble

OpenCenter Fellowship is a Christian religious organisation inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. These Statutes establish the foundational basis, purpose, and constitutional principles of the religious organisation.

Article 1 – Name and Statutory Seat

  1. The name of the religious organisation is OpenCenter Fellowship.
  2. The religious organisation has its statutory seat in the municipality of Ede, the Netherlands.

Article 2 – Foundational Basis

  1. OpenCenter Fellowship is a Christian religious organisation inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
  2. The religious organisation shall be guided by this foundational basis in its faith, community life, worship, and other activities.

Article 3 – Purpose

  1. The purpose of OpenCenter Fellowship is to form an international Christian faith community inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
  2. The religious organisation seeks to express the practical wisdom of the teachings of Jesus Christ in everyday life with humility, compassion, integrity, and respect for the dignity and freedom of every person.
  3. The religious organisation shall carry out its activities exclusively in furtherance of its purpose.
  4. In furtherance of its purpose, the religious organisation shall hold religious gatherings and undertake all activities conducive to the achievement of its purpose.
  5. The religious organisation operates on a not-for-profit basis.

Article 4 – Autonomy

  1. OpenCenter Fellowship shall independently determine its internal structure, organisation, and activities in accordance with its foundational basis, these Statutes, and the regulations adopted pursuant to them.

Article 5 – Amendment of the Statutes

  1. These Statutes may be amended in accordance with the procedure established for that purpose within the religious organisation.

Article 6 – Dissolution

  1. The religious organisation may be dissolved in accordance with the procedure established for that purpose within the religious organisation.
  2. Following liquidation, any remaining surplus shall be applied for the benefit of a public benefit organisation.

The Dutch Statutes constitute the official and authentic Statutes of OpenCenter Fellowship. This English version is a translation provided solely for information. In the event of any difference in interpretation, the official Dutch version shall prevail.
