House Fellowships are small gatherings where people come together to build friendships, grow in faith, and encourage one another in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Depending on the needs of the group, a House Fellowship may include Bible study, discussion of the weekly Sunday message, prayer, worship, shared meals, or simply spending time together in fellowship. Each gathering is centred on helping people understand and apply the teachings of Jesus in practical ways that make a difference in everyday life.
Our gatherings are informal and interactive. Questions are welcomed, different perspectives are respected, and everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace. Whether you have been part of a church for many years or are exploring the Christian faith for the first time, you are warmly welcome.
As OpenCenter Fellowship grows, we hope to establish House Fellowships in different communities, creating local places where people can learn, support one another, and build lasting friendships while remaining connected to the wider fellowship.
If you would like to join a House Fellowship, take part in a Bible study group, or are interested in hosting a gathering in your home, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please contact us to find out more about opportunities in your area.
Start a House Fellowship
One of the central visions of OpenCenter Fellowship is to see local Christian communities established around the world. We believe that faith grows best in relationships, where people can worship together, study the Bible, pray, encourage one another, and put the teachings of Jesus into practice within everyday life.
As our fellowship grows, we hope to support the development of volunteer-led House Fellowships in cities, towns, and villages across the world. Each House Fellowship remains connected to the wider OpenCenter Fellowship community while serving the unique needs of its local area.
A House Fellowship may meet in a home or another suitable setting and can include Bible study, discussion of the weekly Sunday message, prayer, worship, shared meals, fellowship, and practical care for one another. Every gathering is encouraged to be welcoming, respectful, and centred on following the example and teachings of Jesus.
We believe that healthy communities are built by people who are willing to serve. House Fellowships are therefore led by volunteers who share the vision and values of OpenCenter Fellowship and who desire to help others grow in faith, compassion, and community.
Whether you already gather with a small group of people or are interested in starting a new fellowship where you live, we would be delighted to hear from you. We are committed to encouraging, supporting, and connecting local House Fellowships as part of one international Christian community.
If you feel called to start a House Fellowship in your area, please contact us. We would be pleased to begin a conversation about how we can work together to help build a welcoming Christ-centred community in your local area.
